What is prompt coverage, and why is mine low when my score is decent?
Prompt coverage measures how much of your category's question space you appear in. A high score with low coverage means you're strongly associated with a narrow set of questions and absent from everything adjacent — common for brands known for exactly one thing.
It's usually the most actionable metric in the report, because the gap is concrete: there are specific questions you don't appear for, and content that would change that. Fixing coverage tends to raise the overall score more reliably than trying to strengthen positions you already hold.
