What is llms.txt and do I actually need one?
llms.txt is a plain text file at your site's root that tells AI crawlers which pages matter and how to read them — conceptually similar to robots.txt, but written to help rather than restrict.
Adoption is early and it's not a guaranteed win. But it costs almost nothing to add, and it's one of the few AEO levers entirely under your control. Paid plans include a ready-made template.

Advanced Reporting is the Scale-only panel on the AI Visibility tab: gauge score with period delta, per-source sentiment, trends and competitor comparison.
What is sentiment analysis and how accurate is it?
Sentiment analysis reads the tone of how each citing source discusses your brand and classifies it as positive, neutral or negative.
My score dropped and I didn't change anything. Why?
Almost always because the AI engines changed, not because you did. These systems are non-deterministic — watch the 30-day trend, not two consecutive runs.
