What happens when I downgrade?
The change takes effect at the end of your current billing period, so you keep what you paid for. There's no partial refund for downgrading.
If you have more sites than the lower plan allows, sites beyond the limit become read-only rather than deleted. Your data stays; you just can't audit those sites until you remove enough to fit the limit or upgrade again.

Can I use LazyCats for client work as an agency?
Yes, and Agency and Scale are built for it: five or twenty sites, project switching, white-label exports and shareable links you can send to clients.
Can I share my login with my team or my clients?
No. Logins are per organisation, and credential sharing is grounds for suspension. Serving clients is supported — that's what white-label reports are for.
What if my payment fails?
We retry and email you. After 14 days of non-payment the account goes read-only rather than being deleted, and your data is kept for 30 more days.
How do I cancel, and what happens to my data?
Cancel from account settings. Cancellation stops future renewals; you keep access until the end of the period you've paid for.
Is billing monthly or annual, and does it renew automatically?
Both are available, and annual saves roughly 20%. Subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel, and you can cancel any time from account settings.
Do you offer a free trial?
There's no time-limited trial. Instead, the free audit gives you a real audit of your real site with no credit card — your actual score, before you pay.
What happens when I upgrade mid-month?
Stripe pro-rates the price difference, so you only pay for the remainder at the higher rate. Your re-audit allowance is granted in full immediately.
Can I add several sites at once?
On Scale, yes — up to five URLs in a single operation. They're processed one after another, because running them in parallel would hit rate limits.
How many sites can I add on each plan?
One site on Free and Starter, five on Agency, twenty on Scale. Scale is capped at twenty, not unlimited — contact us before subscribing if you need more.
