Vlad Cîrneală (pronounced kur-nyah-luh) is the founder of three bootstrapped businesses: LazyCats® Agency (2019), Post Intermitent România (2023), and LazyCats AI (2026).
Before business and tech, Vlad spent over 10 years as a chef in London, cooking for Queen Elizabeth II, Cirque du Soleil (Kooza, OVO, two productions of Amaluna, TOTEM), and the London premiere of James Bond: SPECTRE at the Royal Albert Hall.
He later founded Post Intermitent România, now the largest intermittent fasting directory in the country, including guides and a recipe book he wrote drawing on his decade in professional kitchens.
Vlad founded LazyCats® Agency to build fast, well-structured Webflow websites, and later LazyCats AI to help businesses stay visible as search shifts from Google results to AI-generated answers. He writes and reviews the content published on LazyCats AI, applying the same standard from his years in kitchens: nothing ships unless it actually works.
